"I am writing to let you know of the excellent service we received from your company regarding the purchase of the new heating system in our home.

First, beginning with the initial service call I placed on Monday, Nov. 2. The quick response I received and the accommodation of working with me because I had the day off from work. Within four hours, Jim called and was at our home to diagnose the problem with our old heating system. We knew our system was babied enough, and time for new one. Jim quoted the price for a new system, we compared it with other companies, but our final decision was based on the service we had received from your company over the years beginning with my husband’s father 60 years ago. Jim was right o top of everything, including setting up a date that was in keeping with receiving the tax credit, making sure if something went wrong with the heating system; we could all him to make arrangements for an alternative heat source from your company. Jim was very professional, and also insured us when the crew arrived to install the system, we need not worry if we had to leave; the crew would be very professional and trustworthy.

On the day of the installation, Dec. 9, Carl and his crew arrived at the designated time and began working. They never stopped; always someone was in our home, even during lunch breaks. They finally were finished around 8 p.m. and were toasty warm with our new heating system. My husband dealt with Carl and his crew all day. He was so impressed with their dedicated work; detail to make sure everything was done to code and our satisfaction. Even our dog liked Carl.
