And to make you day a little sweeter, here is a recipe for Pumpkin Gingerbread from <a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/recipe\/pumpkin-gingerbread\/detail.aspx\">allrecipes.com<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Pumpkin Gingerbread<\/h3>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cups sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup water<\/li>\n<li>1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground allspice<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cloves<\/li>\n<li>3 1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>DIRECTIONS:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9&#215;5 inch loaf pans.<\/li>\n<li>In a large mixing, combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat until smooth. Add water and beat until well blended. Stir in pumpkin, ginger, allspice cinnamon, and clove.<\/li>\n<li>In medium bowl, combine flour, soda, salt, and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and blend just until all ingredients are mixed.
